This grilled chicken is fantastic! The chipotle brings the heat and smokiness to this dish. We love how the beer helps tenderize the chicken and makes it super moist. Brown sugar and agave nectar add just a hint of sweetness. We let ours marinate for 48 hours and used skinless, boneless chicken thighs. This recipe turned out delicious and definitely feeds a crowd. I use thighs for this however, you can use whatever you choose. This is a very easy and cost efficient recipe to feed a crowd.

Ingredients :
- 24 - chicken thighs
- 1-2 can(s) chipotle in adobo (puree in food processor)
- 10 - limes; juiced
- 1/3 cup(s) minced garlic
- 3 12oz. bottle(s) beer
- 1 cup(s) agave nectar
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup(s) kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) granulated onion powder
- 2 - yellow onions; quartered
- 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
Intructions :
- Marinate chicken in all ingredients 24-48 hours
- Grill on indirect heat until done. Baste with marinade
- For the last 5 minutes cook over direct heat to caramelize.
