Moist and full of banana flavor, this easy Bundt cake is delicious! The walnuts add some crunch. The chocolate chips are a nice surprise and pair so well with the banana. We opted for the glaze and added a bit of Kahlua. The cake alone is really good without the glaze, but It is definitely a nice final touch. What self haverespecting gorilla wouldn't appreciate a Bundt cake chock full of bananas, chocolate chips, and walnuts? The sour cream makes this a moist cake. You can choose a dusting of powdered sugar on top of the cooled cake or opt for a decadent glaze of 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp milk or cream, and a TBSP of Kahlua or banana liquor.
