Ingredients :

  • 4 large chicken breast
  • filets or bone in
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • chopped
  • 6 ounce(s) taco sauce
  • 1 can(s) chopped green chiles (4 oz)
  • 1 can(s) chili with beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 4 - 6 - flour tortillas
  • 1 bag(s) shredded cheese (16 oz)

Intructions :

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Boil chicken until tender. Set aside to cool. Pull apart or debone the chicken.
  • Put chicken in a large skillet or saucepan. Add onions
  • green chiles
  • taco sauce
  • chili with beans
  • cream of mushroom
  • and cream of chicken. Bring to a low-rolling boil
  • stirring frequently.
  • Line a pan or oven dish with flour tortillas letting them hang over the sides and overlap inside the container.
  • Pour the chicken mixture into the casserole dish. Top with cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is well melted and the shells are golden brown.
