Ingredients :
- 1 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 4 large apples
- chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) nuts
- chopped
Intructions :
- Beat oil
- sugar
- and eggs until sugar is dissolved.
- Sift together flour
- cinnamon
- soda
- and salt.
- Add to sugar mixture.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Stir in apples and nuts.
- Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9X13-inch pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes at 350 F.
