Fluffy and delicious, these apple pancakes have just enough cinnamon to give them a warm, fall feeling. We love that the apples are shredded so there are tender bits inside each bite. This a wonderful pancake recipe for the apple lovers in your life. I make these pancakes very often. They are really good with whipped cream. I got this recipe from my sister.

Ingredients :
- 1 1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 2 - apples
- skin removed
- cored
- and shredded
Intructions :
- Mix all ingredients except apples. If the dough is too thick you can add 1-2 Tbsp of milk.
- Once the consistency is good
- fold in the shredded apples.
- Heat a large skillet on low to medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- When the pancakes bubble and the bottoms are golden
- flip over to cook the other side.
