Think gluten-free pasta salad has to be boring? This Asian chicken pasta salad recipe proves it doesn't. The flavors remind us of rice that we've eaten at a Hibachi restaurant, except it's with pasta. The dressing has classic Asian ingredients like rice vinegar, tamari, sesame oil, and mirin. Once combined with the chicken and carrots, it adds a ton of savory flavor. It tasted delicious hot and cold. Great to make ahead on busy days when everyone has a different dinner schedule!
