These jalapeno poppers will not win a beauty contest, but once you taste them you'll realize it's what's inside that counts. The filling is creamy, hearty, and flavorful. We love the addition of ground beef; it bulks up the filling. Buffalo wing sauce makes these poppers a little different too. You taste the Buffalo flavor but it's not overpowering. Bacon adds smoky flavor and holds everything in. These are the perfect appetizer for a casual event, game day or a Super Bowl party. These are so good! Creamy with a kick!
