Bacon Swirls Recipe @pinch

An easy and delicious appetizer for your next party. When baked, the crescent dough is soft and buttery. Inside, the cream cheese filling has bits of soft onions and salty bacon. A wonderful flavor combination. You could serve these for any occasion from game night to a holiday party. These make a GREAT appetizer! Easy to make, and quickly gone!

Ingredients :
  • 1 can(s) crescent rolls
  • 8 oz
  • 1 package(s) cream cheese
  • softened
  • 8 oz
  • 8-10 slice(s) bacon
  • cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon(s) minced onions
  • 1-2 teaspoon(s) milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
Intructions :
  • In a small bowl
  • add cream cheese and minced onions.
  • Add cooked and crumbled bacon.
  • Mix together adding a little milk at a time until it is creamy and will spread evenly.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough. Press formations to seal the seams. Spread the cream cheese mixture leaving about 1/4 around the edges.
  • Roll up
  • jelly-roll style
  • starting at the long side. Press edges to seal.
  • Cut about 1/4 and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle swirls evenly with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
