You'll find a variety of ways to enjoy these bacon tomato cups. Chopped onion, tomatoes, cheese, and crumbled bacon are baked in a biscuit crust. The subtle hint of Italian seasoning and onion is very appetizing. We weren't expecting them to puff up as they did! These cups would be a savory party appetizer with other finger foods. Or, they'd be tasty alongside a green salad. I made these tasty appetizers for our Christmas Eve Party. They were a huge hit. I tripled the recipe, and there were no leftovers. A must-try for bacon and tomato lovers!
