The method for baking these pork chops delivers the moistest, fork-tender pork chops. First, they're pan-seared to lock in the juices. Then, they're covered in a creamy onion gravy and baked. The boneless pork chops steam while baking in the gravy. After baking, the gravy becomes thick and a bit caramelized. Serve with wild rice for a delicious pork chop dinner. This recipe makes the most tender pork chops! You will not need a knife to cut the pork chops... fork tender. My husband LOVES this recipe. When I ask, "Honey, what do you want me to cook?" he always says that pork chop recipe you make. I can not remember where I got this recipe from, but it is a winner in my house.
