Monte Cristo sandwiches are typically fried and we love how this one is baked. It's filled with layers of turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese. Raspberry jam drizzled over top is a must. It adds the sweet and savory flavor contrast to the sandwich. Dijon mustard gives it just a little zing. Using crescent dough is an easy shortcut and creates a crust flaky. A great recipe if you're serving a crowd because it can easily be doubled. Perfect for hurry up meals and easy preparation. KIDS LOVE IT! It's great for Bunco too.
