Another easy appetizer for a game day tailgate or a party. This beer cheese dip isn't truly a dip. It has the texture of a cheese ball or cheese spread. It is pretty addictive. Serve with crackers, crostini, or harder sourdough pretzels. Hubby came up with this recipe.

Ingredients :
- 2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) peppercorns, whole white
- 1/3 cup(s) beer, not lite
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
Intructions :
- in small bowl mix cheese, horseradish, mustard, and pepper
- In a saucepan, heat beer and butter just until the butter melts and the beer boils
- Add to cheese mixture
- Beat with an electric mixer for 4 to 5 min or till nearly smooth. Cool in the freezer for 5 min.
