Ingredients :
  • 2 cup(s) baking mix
  • 3/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) strawberry extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) dried blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar
Intructions :
  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease or add muffin cups to a 12-cup muffin pan. Mix the first 5 ingredients until smooth
  • Coat blueberries in powdered sugar. Carefully fold into batter
  • Fill muffin cups
  • Bake until a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean (about 20 minutes).
