Vanilla pudding in my chocolate chip cookies?! Heavens, they're good. The vanilla pudding adds a nice flavor to the chocolate chip cookie that you can't exactly put your finger on. This is a very easy chocolate chip cookie that reminds us of the soft batch cookies you can buy at the grocery store. Yum! My teenagers and their friends love these cookies and always request them!!

Ingredients :
- 1 cup(s) butter (real butter is best)
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) white sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 package(s) vanilla pudding mix (small box of instant mix)
- 3.4 ounce
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 package(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz
Intructions :
- Mix butter and sugars together until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
- Add pudding mix (dry mix) and vanilla.
- Mix together flour
- baking soda
- and salt.
- Add to wet ingredients. Mix until all combined.
- Then add chocolate chips.
- Scoop cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min. I like my soft
- so I bake mine closer to 10 min.
- Makes approximately 3 dozen small (2-inch) cookies. As a side note
- you can use any flavor of pudding mix to change up these cookies.
