Birdie Cake Recipe @pinch

One bite and we understood why Samantha's family member could eat the whole cake in a day. With a tropical feel, it reminds us of summer. Made with crushed pineapple, It is irresistibly moist. The cake is topped with creamy cream cheese icing and finished with a sprinkle of toasted coconut. This easy dessert is perfect for any occasion, but it really has a nice summer feel to it. I was told by a family member to never make this again because he almost ate the whole cake in one day.
