Ingredients :
- CAKE MIX
- 1 can(s) crushed pineapple with juices (15 oz)
- 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- CREAM CHEESE ICING
- 1 stick(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) confectioners' sugar
- 1 package(s) cream cheese
- OPTIONAL TOPPING
- - toasted sweetened coconut
Intructions :
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cake ingredients
- Mix cake ingredients together
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
- Blend all ingredients for icing together
- Ice cake when it cools and, if using, top with toasted coconut.
