The spread that goes on the bread is wonderful.u00a0 I used sweet Italian sausage when I made this recipe and it paired well with the asparagus. This is one very yummy side dish. Yum!

Ingredients :
- 24 stalk(s) fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
- 4 ounce(s) cream cheese with chives
- 4 ounce(s) blue cheese
- 1/4 cup(s) diced red radish
- 2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon(s) mango chutney
- 12 slice(s) soft bread
- 1/4 pound(s) bulk Italian sausage, browned, crumbled
- 1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon(s) smoked paprika
Intructions :
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Stir together cream cheese, blue cheese, radish, mustard, mayonnaise and chutney. Roll each bread slice with a rolling pin to flatten. Spread one side of each with 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture and top with 1 tablespoon sausage. Place 2 asparagus spears in the middle of each prepared bread slice and roll up. Place each roll, seam side down, on a baking sheet and brush lightly with butter
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 12 minutes, until golden. So good!
