Ingredients :
- 2 1/2 cup(s) fine dried bread crumbs
- 8 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 3 cup(s) milk
- 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 - eggs
Intructions :
- Scald 1/2 of the milk with butter.
- Add crumbs
- stir.
- Add the rest of the milk and stir well.
- Add beaten eggs and stir well.
- Mix flour
- salt
- and baking powder.
- Add this mixture to the batter. Stir well.
- Do NOT grease your griddle. Cook as regular hotcakes for about 2-3 minutes per side.
