These mini cheddar burgers are a fun appetizer. Adding a sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning gives the ground beef burger a ton of flavor. You think these are a basic slider appetizer, but on each toothpick is a cheeseburger, caramelized onion, a piece of a baby portobello mushroom, and a cherry tomato half. The combination of flavors in each bite is tasty. Great for a party, a tailgate, or even a light dinner. I love to eat bite-sized food and often make what I call "snack-attizers" with a side dish for dinner. It's a nice change for something small instead of a heavy meal.
