Concocted this recipe by a total accident! It was supposed to be used as a cupcake filling. After filling the cupcakes, I had a bucket load leftover. I couldn't help but eat it by the spoonfuls! Then I thought, graham crackers. Yes! Cheesecake dip with graham crackers is like cheesecake on a stick!

Ingredients :
- 16 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) strawberry topping (Smucker's)
- 10 ounce(s) vanilla or white chocolate chips
- - graham crackers
- - vanilla wafers
Intructions :
- Using a double boiler
- melt white chocolate completely. Set aside to cool almost to room temperature but not hardening.
- Cream together cream cheese
- powdered sugar
- and strawberry topping.
- Slowly pour the cooled white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture; mix well.
- Dip using graham crackers or vanilla wafers or whatever you like.
