These cheesy oven-fried potatoes are a delicious side dish or appetizer. Baking the potatoes at this higher temperature gives them a slight crunch. They turn out tender on the inside with a golden brown crust. Brushing the potatoes with seasoned oil and sprinkling Parmesan adds excellent flavor to these fries. The simple creamy and savory cheese sauce takes these over the top. I made this recipe and thought these potatoes would be good with some cheese sauce. I was rooting through my cabinet for some sides and found a can of Campbell's cheese sauce. It was the perfect match. The cheese made this dish.
