Chicken Bacon Ranch Bruschetta Recipe @pinch

Wow, this is not your basic bruschetta recipe. Filled with tomato, garlic, and basil flavors the tomato bruschetta is delicious. A hint of balsamic vinegar adds a nice tang. There's a ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese mixture that's spread over the toasted bread. Then it's topped with smoky bacon bits, chunks of chicken, a dollop of tomato bruschetta, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. With layers of flavor, this bruschetta is a hearty appetizer that could almost be a light meal. This is so so yummy. I just love bruschetta, and this is a nice variation of the classic.
