Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe @pinch

What a treat this homemade cinnamon raisin bread is. It's a labor of love, kneading, and waiting for the dough to rise, but well worth the effort. The cinnamon sugar swirl not only looks beautiful as you cut into it, but it also adds a sweet nugget of flavor. Your house will smell divine while the bread bakes. Spread some butter or jam on a slice, and you have a great snack or addition to breakfast. This is an easy bread to make, and what a workout you get kneading it. It's lovely toasted with cream cheese and apple butter.
