Cream Cheese Pound Cake Recipe @pinch

This cream cheese pound cake is absolutely wonderful. Serve as is or alongside beautiful fresh berries. Moist and tender, it's a rich and buttery pound cake. Delicious! Cream cheese pound cake is my family's favorite. My husband said, "Cream cheese pound cake + coffee is so good." My daughter said, "No dad, it's good with milk... yummy." I like my cream cheese pound cake with hot tea. :-)

Ingredients :
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 stick(s) butter
  • room temperature
  • 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • Philadelphia
Intructions :
  • Preheat 350 F. Mix sugar and butter very well. Add cream cheese.
  • Then add eggs
  • one at a time
  • and mix again.
  • Add flour
  • baking powder
  • and vanilla. Mix well and it's ready to bake.
  • Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
