This cream cheese pound cake is absolutely wonderful. Serve as is or alongside beautiful fresh berries. Moist and tender, it's a rich and buttery pound cake. Delicious! Cream cheese pound cake is my family's favorite. My husband said, "Cream cheese pound cake + coffee is so good." My daughter said, "No dad, it's good with milk... yummy." I like my cream cheese pound cake with hot tea. :-)

- 6 large eggs
- 2 stick(s) butter
- room temperature
- 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- Philadelphia
Intructions :
- Preheat 350 F. Mix sugar and butter very well. Add cream cheese.
- Then add eggs
- one at a time
- and mix again.
- Add flour
- baking powder
- and vanilla. Mix well and it's ready to bake.
- Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
