Ingredients :
  • 2 pound(s) package frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes
  • 8 ounce(s) shredded Velveeta (cheddar can be used)
  • 8 ounce(s) sour cream
  • 1 can(s) cream of celery soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 pound(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper, or more to your taste
Intructions :
  • Place potatoes in a greased Crock Pot
  • In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients
  • Pour over potatoes and mix well
  • Cover. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until potatoes are tender and heated through.
