Intructions :
  • Mix Bisquick
  • zucchini
  • oil
  • eggs
  • onion
  • Parmesan cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • and garlic powder in a large bowl
  • until it looks like thick batter. Mix by hand. Do not beat.
  • Pour into a greased pie plate.
