Down East Corn Pudding Recipe @pinch

Super creamy, this corn pudding recipe tastes like dessert. Easy to prepare, this casserole will be a great side dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas. We loved the hint of nutmeg in the dish. This corn pudding recipe is made in the Down East Carteret County (coastal), NC style. A little sweet with a hint of nutmeg. It is a perfect side dish with pork dishes. One of my favorites!
