A super simple chicken dinner to throw together that your entire family will love. The cream of chicken and potato soups provides a thick and creamy base. We loved the small chunks of potatoes. The chicken is tender, and adding the mixed veggies makes this an all-in-one meal with minimal pots and pans. On top, the biscuits bake to flaky perfection. Your family is going to devour this pantry-friendly dinner. Something I just threw together on a whim. It turned out pretty great, so I thought I'd share.
