Easy Key Lime Pineapple Pie Recipe @pinch

This sweet and tart key lime pie is super refreshing. We love the addition of pineapple to this creamy summer pie. Using limeade concentrate packs this pie with lime flavor. It is a wonderful and easy no havebake dessert. I can eat this whole pie! However, I do share it with my boys... and they LOVE it. Highly recommend. I learned the recipe from my late sister.

Ingredients :
  • 14 ounce(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounce(s) frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1 cup(s) pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
Intructions :
  • Blend pineapple chunks until juicy with pulp
  • Place pineapple juice (with pulp), sweetened condensed milk, frozen limeade concentrate, and heavy whipping cream into a bowl of an electric mixer. Make sure you have the whisk attachment connected
  • Mix until contents are mixed and fluffy
  • Pour filling into the graham cracker crust. Smooth out the top
  • Refrigerate AT LEAST 4 hours. I generally keep it in the refrigerator overnight
  • Hide it from the kids and enjoy!
