Sweet and savory, these chicken wings will be a big hit at your next party. So easy, anyone can make them. Once baked, they're perfectly tender, juicy, and filled with Asian flavor thanks to the marinade. The meat just falls off the bone. We served ours with easy fried rice from a packet for a meal. But, they'd be a great game-day snack too. Just make sure to have a lot of napkins handy. All I can say is I can't make enough of these for everyone. They're always a big hit and are easy to make.

Ingredients :
  • 4 pound(s) fresh chicken wings
  • MARINADE
  • 1 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) dark brown sugar
Intructions :
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a medium container with a lid. Cover the container and shake vigorously.
  • Place washed chicken wings in aluminum pan so that they are all laying flat
  • not on top of each other.
  • Pour marinade over chicken wings to coat.
  • Place in preheated oven and cook for about an hour. Turn the wings over and raise the temperature to 425 degrees and cook for an additional half hour.
  • If using frozen wings bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Then raise the temperature to 425 degrees and bake for an additional hour or until desired crispiness. Ovens vary so watch carefully.
