Fluffy Dumplings Recipe @pinch

Fluffy dumplings are drop dumpings with a biscuit-like texture. They are simple to prepare with only one step to make the dough. Then drop them in simmering soup, cover, cook, and they're done. Simple as that! Light and fluffy, the dumplings take on the flavor of the broth and seasonings in whatever soup or stew you're making. This is the only way I knew to make dumplings before I came to the south. I still use this recipe and it goes great if your doing a big pot of soup or stew.
