What a classic! Faye's no havebake cheesecake is both delicious AND fun. The lemon filling is poured over the tastiest vanilla wafer crust. Then, It is decorated with bright, beautiful berries. Sweet and creamy, this easy dessert would look great on any table... picnic or otherwise. I make this EVERY year on the Fourth of July. My family looks forward to it and the little ones love to help decorate the top. It is one of my favorite traditions. I hope you like it!
