French Market Soup Recipe @pinch

This makes a big ole pot of soup that's full of meat, beans, and veggies. It smells wonderful while simmering and you can hardly wait for this to be done. The beans cook down and make the soup thick and hearty. Perfect for those cooler months served with a piece of corn bread. French market soup is hearty, meaty, full of flavor, and versatile. It's perfect for Christmas Eve get-togethers with family! I also use it to meet all of my late mother's Southern 'good luck' menu requirements for New Year's Day.
