Ghost Guts Recipe @pinch

This snack has it all have It is sweet, salty and full of crunch and gooeyness. We loved all the textures combined. The mini havemarshmallows are an unexpected surprise mixed with all the crunch ingredients. It would be fun to set this out at a Halloween party or package in small bags as a favor. Who doesn't like salty and sweet!?

Ingredients :
  • 2 package(s) popcorn, popped
  • 1 jar(s) marshmallow cream, 7 oz.
  • 1 package(s) pretzels, slightly crushed (about 4 cups)
  • 1 stick(s) butter, melted
  • - peanuts (optional; 1 1/2 cups)
  • - Parmesan cheese (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 package(s) mini-marshmallows, 10 oz.
Intructions :
  • With the melted butter, stir together the: popcorn, pretzels, mini marshmallows, peanuts (if using)
  • Coat the mix with a layer of Parmesan cheese and then mix together
  • Place the marshmallow cream into a double boil. Heat until cream is heated and thinned out
  • Add it to the mixture from step 1
  • Pour it onto a wax paper lined baking sheet to set. When it sets, it will still be pretty sticky!!
