If you can't have gluten and enjoy chocolate chip cookies, you'll enjoy this recipe. They're crispy outside and chewy in the middle. Buttery and sweet, no one will guess they're gluten-free. In fact, they taste better than some traditional chocolate chip cookie recipes we've tried. These are awesome, thick, soft, and chewy gluten-free cookies and could pass off without anyone knowing.
