Ingredients :
- 1 box(es) scalloped potato mix (4 oz)
- 1 1/2 cup(s) boiling water
- 1 cup(s) half & half
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 or 2 can(s) cut green beans (14.5 oz each
- can use frozen too)
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
Intructions :
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl
- stir sauce mix (from the scalloped potatoes mix)
- half & half
- butter
- red pepper
- sour cream
- and paprika.
- Stir in the potatoes and green beans.
- Transfer to a casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
