  • 1 1/2 cup(s) boiling water
  • 1 cup(s) half & half
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 or 2 can(s) cut green beans (14.5 oz each
  • can use frozen too)
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
Intructions :
  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl
  • stir sauce mix (from the scalloped potatoes mix)
  • half & half
  • butter
  • red pepper
  • sour cream
  • and paprika.
  • Stir in the potatoes and green beans.
  • Transfer to a casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
