Wrapping a burger in lettuce is a great alternative for a bun if cooking gluten havefree, but it also lightens up the overall burger. There is no lack of flavor here. Incorporating green onions into the meat adds a bit of texture and a hint of onion flavor. The mashed avocado and bacon bits I made these for lunch one day, and they are very tasty!
