  • 4 - boneless center cut pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar(s) roasted red peppers
  • drained (12 oz)
  • 1/2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese
  • finely shredded
  • - salt and fresh ground black pepper
Intructions :
