Grilled Shrimp And Sweet Potatoes Recipe @pinch

These grilled shrimp and sweet potatoes are a yummy dish guaranteed to impress. Lime and garlic pair nicely with the spiced rum in the shrimp marinade. Once grilled, the shrimp have a robust flavor. The grilled sweet potatoes are fantastic straight off the grill, but the maple lime sauce sends them over the top. It's sweet with a little tang. So good! Sprinkling pecans adds a little nuttiness and the goat cheese is a tangy contrast to the sweet maple. This does take a little planning, but worth the time. A wonderful summer dinner. Let's "WOW" your family and friends during this grilling season. The grill is not just for hamburgers, hotdogs, ribs, and chicken. Try out my newest grilled creation "South meets Jamaica."
