Ground Beef Casserole Recipe @pinch

Ingredients :
  • 2 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • chopped
  • 1 medium onion
  • chopped
  • 9 cup(s) egg noodles
  • cooked
  • 1 pound(s) American cheese
  • cubed
  • 1 can(s) whole kernel corn
  • drained (15 oz)
  • 2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • undiluted (10.5 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
Intructions :
  • In a Dutch oven
  • cook beef
  • green pepper
  • and onion until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain.
  • Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
