An old havefashioned recipe for peach cobbler just like grandma made. A flaky homemade crust holds in juicy fresh peaches with just the right amount of cinnamon. It tastes like a peach pie without a bottom crust. Make sure to serve a slice with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. I love a nice and juicy peach cobbler with some good crust on top and this one hits the spot! This is about what Gramma used to make when I was growing up. Funny, a lot of our best memories centered around eating!
