Honey Glazed Grilled Chicken Thighs Recipe @pinch

The glaze on this simple-to-make grilled chicken is great. It's sweet and savory with a little bit of a kick. The spice, though, can be controlled by the amount of red pepper flakes added. Brushing the chicken at the end of the cooking process allows the honey glaze to caramelize a bit from the heat from the grill (but not burn). A great dinner option to throw on the grill during warmer weather when you don't want to heat up the kitchen. This was great. We all loved it and will make it again. We used skin on thighs, but I did debone them. A little extra work but well worth it. The cook time... well, I make sure the chicken is done.
