Hunan chicken is traditionally spicy but Barbara's version is pleasantly mild. The sauce is tangy with a little bit of a sweet taste and a hint of heat. Garlic and ginger add a ton of fresh flavor to the chicken. The chicken is so tender it really soaks up the flavors from the sauce. If you prefer things a bit spicy, add more sambal oelek. An easy meal served with fluffy rice and Asian veggies. A tasty dish!
