The oil mixture on these tender pork chops not only infuses flavor but also gives the chops some very handsome grill marks. Marinating the pork chops gives them a tangy flavor with a hint of spice. I used the zesty Italian dressing mix and omitted the red pepper flakes. These have a very nice flavor. You can also use sliced pork tenderloin.

- 6 oz )
- 1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4 - pork chops
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
Intructions :
- In a small bowl
- combine salad dressing mix
- vinegar
- Italian seasoning
- and red pepper flakes. Beat with a wire whisk until the mix is dissolved. Add oil and beat well. In a shallow glass baking dish
- arrange chops in a single layer. Spread the oil mixture over both sides of the pork. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Grill or fry until no longer pink.
