You can truly fool your guests with this delicious and easy lamb chop recipe. The chops are moist and tender. We love the crunchy texture the seasoning adds. They are a bit salty but the mint jelly cuts it with some sweetness. If you're watching your salt intake, try using garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Delicious and simple lamb chops! I like Costco's lamb because it comes from New Zealand and is very tasty.
