Mini Appetizer Ground Beef Pies Recipe @pinch

Not only are these mini meat pies adorable, but they're also delicious too. The crust is flaky and easy to make. It's filled with browned ground beef, onions, and seasonings. An egg custard holds everything together once baked. When topped with cheese, these meat pies taste like a two-bite cheeseburger. A great appetizer for a party, but you could eat them for a lighter dinner too. Jumped at the chance to enter the weekly contest that Vanessa's (Pies, Pies, and More Pies) group has each week. This week it is for mini appetizer pies. My mind went immediately to savory, tasty, and easy to do. Oh yes, as well as very delicious. My husband gave them a big smile and thumbs up this morning when I pulled them out of the oven. Thanks for the opportunity to share.
