MonikaS Moroccan Chicken Recipe @pinch

Big on flavor, Monika's easy Moroccan chicken is made with simple and affordable ingredients. The chicken is juicy and tender. It soaks up the taste of the aromatic sauce while it simmers. Kalamata olives add a salty flavor, and fresh lemon juice adds a tart flavor we loved. Each flavor is distinct without being overwhelming. Garnishing with cilantro and parsley adds a pop of freshness. Serve with yellow rice and green salad for a meal everyone will love. I had this once at Epcot Center in Orlando, FL. So, remembering the flavors, I came up with my own version of it (minus the cinnamon).
