Inside the chocolate shell sprinkled with crushed peanuts is a creamy peanut butter center with a hint of tang from cream cheese. So good! Super easy and super good! Ingredients :
- 1 package(s) Nutter Butter peanut butter cookies
- 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 ounces)
- 1 package(s) chocolate bark candy coating
- 1 cup(s) crushed salted peanuts
Intructions :
- Add Nutter Butters to a food processor and blend until fine
- Add the cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and blend until dough-like
- Chill the mixture for 15 minutes in the freezer. Then roll it into bite-size balls. Place balls on a baking sheet and chill balls for 15 minutes
- Melt bark in the microwave according to the package directions. Dip chilled nutter butter balls in melted chocolate using a fork so the chocolate can drip off. Set covered cookie balls onto waxed paper
- Sprinkle with crushed salted peanuts. Let set for approximately 30 minutes.
