Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe @pinch

With steak, gooey cheese, caramelized onions, and a hint of heat, this is a great cheesesteak sandwich. Partially freezing the beef before slicing is a great tip. It helps to slice the beef very thin. Once sauteed with onions, the meat is flavorful and juicy. On top, the Swiss cheese gets nice and melty. While not the traditional cheese, It is super tasty. This is an easy way to make a delicious cheesesteak. I don't know if this is the way they do it in Philly, but this is how I do it.
