Pulled Pork & Crispy Onion Ciabatta Sandwiches Recipe @pinch

Just the title of this pulled pork recipe alone had our mouths watering. So, imagine the state of affairs in the kitchen when we began to smell the aroma of it cooking! This pulled pork sandwich is all you imagine it to be... and then some. Tender and juicy, the pork shreds easily. The kicked-up barbecue sauce is tangy and not too sweet. Slow cooked BBQ pulled pork on a lightly toasted ciabatta roll with crispy onions will be a hit at your family dinner table too! Disclaimer: I have always used recipes as a guide and use my instincts and experience to alter or omit ingredients as I cook. Therefore, it has always been a challenge when sharing recipes with others. I doubt I make dishes the same way twice. So, I advise you to use my recipes the same way.
