Made from scratch, this Sriracha queso dip reminds us of something you'd order in a Mexican restaurant. Thick and gooey, we could not stop snacking on this. The Sriracha can be adjusted, but we loved the slight kick and flavor it provides. Green onions on top add a touch of freshness to the dip. This recipe makes enough for a small gathering. If you're having more than a few people over for margaritas, we suggest doubling the recipe. What party is complete without an amazing cheese dip? This dip is both easy to make and full of flavor. You can control the heat level by increasing or decreasing the amount of Sriracha you use. I originally created this recipe for my blog http://foodyschmoodyblog.com/sriracha-queso-dip/
